He has extensive experience commercializing advanced technologies into multiple surgical specialties, launching many cutting edge technologies and surgical procedures into the clinical marketplace worldwide.
Business development experience includes developing product development processes and leading product acquisition initiatives including: identification of acquisition candidates, due-diligence teams, and establishing acquisition and engagement terms. Further he has expertise in identifying target markets, defining and characterizing market potential, market size and market segmentation, developing user-driven product designs and creating actionable go to market and reimbursement strategies. The combination of technical, marketing and clinical experience has allowed him to successfully lead cross functional project teams to successful product launches.
Extensive managerial experience includes executive recruitment, establishing and directing global marketing teams, internal and external market research functions, marketing strategic planning, marketing communications and public relations.

Glenn has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He is a published author, industry spokesperson, and medical device patent holder. Glenn has an extensive background ranging from Medical Device sales, Product Development/Innovation, and Senior Executive Management. He has product expertise in: Orthopedic Implants, Sports Medicine, Cardiovascular Surgery, and Endoscopic Minimally Invasive Capital Equipment.
Stephen has over 25 years of experience in domestic and international medical device marketing with an emphasis on creating new markets for novel products and launching or repositioning products and services. His executive level strategic marketing and product development experience spans the healthcare area including diagnostics, medical devices, surgical energy platforms, laboratory services, and instrument processing/infection control technologies. His expertise lies in identifying, characterizing and developing new market opportunities for emerging companies and new technologies. He has held executive management positions with the leading companies in medical device industry: U.S. Surgical Corp., ConMed, Johnson & Johnson, and Karl Storz Endoscopy.
