Stephen Song
Stephen has over 25 years of experience in domestic and international medical device marketing with an emphasis on creating new markets for novel products. His executive level strategic marketing and product development experience spans the healthcare technology arena including diagnostics, medical devices, biologics, and instrument processing & infection control technologies.

Special interests and unique experience lie in the minimally invasive surgical market space. He has extensive experience commercializing advanced technologies into multiple minimally invasive surgical markets and he has introduced multiple cutting edge technologies and surgical procedures into the clinical market place.

Business Development experiences include developing and implementing new product development processes and leading new product acquisition initiatives including: identification of acquisition candidates, management of due diligence teams and negotiation of acquisition terms. He has extensive experience defining and identifying target markets, defining market size and market characteristics, developed user driven product designs, and developed actionable time to market and reimbursement strategies. The conbination of clinical, technical and marketing experiences has allowed him to successfully lead project teams and influence cross functional planning and decision making.

He has held executive positions with medtech industry leaders such as: U.S. Surgical (Covidien), ConMed Corp., Johnson & Johnson, and Karl Storz Endoscopy

Glenn has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He is a published author, industry spokesperson, and medical device patent holderGlenn has an extensive background ranging from Medical Device sales, Product Development/Innovation, and Senior Executive Management. He has product expertise in:
Orthopedic Implants, Sports Medicine, Cardiovascular Surgery, and Endoscopic Minimally Invasive Capital Equipment.
